Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 48 hours.

Please note that during weekends or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 5 days of the delivery date
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
• No scratches, damage, bending, or signs of wear
• Item must be returned in its original packing
• Return request must be submitted within the applicable return period

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval before any exchange or refund is processed.

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

A AED 30 processing and handling fee applies to all approved returns.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized, custom-made, engraved, or specially modified items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This policy exists because customized products are specially created according to each client’s selected design, size, color, engraving, or personal specifications. These items are unique and cannot be resold to another customer.

For this reason, once production has begun or the order has been confirmed, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted.

Damage or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
